Standards
Editorial Policy
Citewick exists to publish work you can cite with a straight face. This policy is the standard we hold every desk to—AI tools, independent work, and consumer tech alike.
Evidence first
We prefer primary sources, named methods, and concrete trade-offs over vibes. Claims that cannot be checked do not ship. When evidence is incomplete, we say so.
Human review is the publish gate
Drafts may be AI-assisted. Publication requires a named human reviewer. We do not auto-publish model output. Fabricated experience, false precision, and unsupported superlatives are rejected.
Living articles
Pillar and feature work can remain living: updates are logged, dates are visible, and material changes are not buried. Readers should see what changed and why.
Sourcing and attribution
We credit sources we rely on, distinguish reporting from opinion, and avoid copying competitor frames wholesale. Affiliate or commercial relationships—if any—are disclosed where relevant.
Conflicts and independence
Editorial judgment is independent of advertisers and vendors. Product coverage is not for sale. Index rankings measure momentum signals, not paid placement.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected promptly. See our Corrections policy for how to report an issue and how we respond.
